Starting from scratch

We’re building house on the bit of land you can see just to the left of centre on this photo. It’s in a tiny hamlet called La Caumette which comes under the larger, and more well known, wine-making village of Faugères. La Caumette is in the National Park of the Haut Languedoc in southern France.

This website tracks our progress which began in early September 2010.
